The master in the art of living makes no distinction between work and play, mind and body, education and recreation, love and duty; they scarcely know which is which.
They simply pursue their vision of excellence in everything they do, leaving others to decide whether they are playing or working.
In their own eyes, they are always doing both.
A certain cultural confusion has led us to view pressure as the best way to achieve excellence.
Many people have experienced being pushed “for their own good”, without achieving the expected results despite effort, criticism and anger. They believed it was always possible to demand more of themselves, assuming greater pressure would bring better results.
Yet many of us who achieve excellence in our professions, activities and sports arrive by a different path, one linked to enthusiasm and enjoyment.
In this workshop you will learn to use your thinking to transform a strategy of self-pressure into one that enables excellence, achieving better results with less effort.
We will work with Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt and Ericksonian hypnosis exercises.
Facilitator: Mónica Lewin and Fernando Cuperman, Licensed Psychologists.
