We all know people who find it easy and natural to communicate well with others.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming has modelled this magic so it can be taught and learned.
Regarding the emotional aspect of communication, words convey only 7% of what we say; gestures and posture account for 60%, and tone of voice for 33%.
In this workshop we will develop new skills to distinguish and use different aspects of communication through gestures and tone of voice, increasing our empathy and persuasion skills.
By participating, we will expand our ability to recognise distinctions when building rapport and leading.

How to learn to see and hear through gestures and tone of voice when the other person is saying “no” and when they are saying “yes”.
The spatial location of what we consider the cues for acceptance and rejection.
We will learn to decode other people's subtle signals of acceptance and rejection, then use these tools to build rapport and lead.
