Improving our physical and sporting performance

Train your mind to improve your performance by making it play for your team

In the 1980s, knowledge of biomechanics and strengthening muscle fibres were Olympic athletes' main competitive advantage.

In the 1990s, stretching enabled better use of muscle fibres and became the decade's competitive advantage.

In 2008, using emotional states and mental representations was the most important competitive difference.

In this workshop you will learn to use your mind and moods to optimise physical and sporting performance.

The tools you will learn have been used by high-performance sportspeople and athletes.

Whatever your level, from beginner to professional, you will find simple, effective ways to improve performance in group or individual physical activities.

For example: martial arts, football, tennis, golf, skiing, dance, swimming, running, gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, rowing and more.

You will also learn to approach physical activity through a sense of pleasure.

Facilitator: Mónica Lewin and Fernando Cuperman, Licensed Psychologists
Both are psychologists, NLP trainers and Gestalt therapists.
